Beer pong & a river raft ride

After a Sunday night of eating banana fritters, and playing beer pong, it's all of a sudden Monday again. We've never played beer pong before so in case you haven't either, it's basically where you set up a number of glasses filled to varying levels with beer at either end of a long table. Then your opponent has to throw a ping pong ball into one of your glasses, if they get it in you down that glass and so on, until the winner is the one with the most glasses left.

Today we went for a bamboo raft ride along the Li River. This gorgeous river winds it's way through the hills and dramatic Avatar inspired scenery. This landscape has even made its way onto the 20 yen note, which confirms its worth it's value.

Later we'll board the night train to the Hong Kong border and hopefully arrive there just after midday tomorrow. It will be our last time with the group before we set off on our own. Hong Kong here we come...
